Added:
Added a healing fountain by Vegeta's starting area.
Added a healing fountain near Cell's and Frieza's starting area.
Changed:

Balancing:
Increased the chance of getting Strength and Energy to 66% up from 25%.
Increased the chance of getting Guard to 75% up from 50%.
Bug Fixes:
Fixed being able to buy Sensu Beans.
Hopefully fixed the problem with characters not gaining exp.
Hopefully fix the issue where players don't have control of their characters.
Hopefully fixed the bug where Hell's Guardian does not drop a ticket.
Fixed Babidi only being able to summon Pui Pui.
