Majin Buu stats

First off, I noticed that when Majin Buu spawns from his egg, he gets an initial set of stats. Is there no way to carry over the stats from Babidi so you don't lose any stats acquired from enemies?
The big thing: at level 35 when evil buu spawns, his stats are almost 10k each. He is insanely strong and buggy. His speed is so high that he just warps around the map.
At super buu, there is the same issue as Majin buu: Super Buu appears to be given an initial set of stats that ignores everything the player earns for Majin Buu.

This is a bug I am aware of. Not sure how to fix it yet as I've been idle on the map for some time.
